This Creative and Fun Life Journal is divided into categories, so that you can keep your aspirations structured, focused and designed to feed different aspects of your soul.

Categories include:

HOBBIES TO PURSUE: have you always wanted to learn how to draw/paint etc.?

THINGS TO LEARN: Are you determined to learn Italian so that you can savvy your way around Italy?

PLACES TO TRAVEL: Tibet? Australia? Africa? New Zealand anyone?

THINGS TO CREATE: You are a creative soul and I know there are MANY things you want to create.

FUN! Engage your inner child :)

COURAGEOUS AND EXHILERATING: Bungee jumping? Singing? Asking someone on a date?

MY ADORABLE SELF: What kinds of cool things are you learning about yourself? When someone gives you a compliment, record it here! What do you notice you are good at? What do you love to do?

MY REFLECTIONS: A section for you to reflect on thoughts/feelings not related to any of the above categories.


Use this journal to define what is going well for you in each of those categories, as well as what is missing and you’d like more of. Write down inspiring ideas, record and set goals for yourself in each of these categories, and begin to create a more balanced, fulfilling life.

This journal is handmade and assembled by me with love in a pet-free and smoke-free home. I have hand stitched the covers using fun polka-dot cotton fabric. I tied little bits of assorted fabric at the threaded binding to give it a unique look. There are 25 pages in each category, separated by tabs, making it easy for you to immediately access the category you want, giving it a total of 200 pages (400 front and back) The journal comes with a hand-crocheted cotton chain that you can use to secure the journal when you are taking it with you. At approximately 6 ¾ inches long and 5 ½ inches wide, it’s small enough to fit inside your purse!
