I have taken the popular Season of Self Love Journal, the Garden of Gratitude Journal, and the Dauntless Dreams Journal and combined them into one. They say it takes 30 days to replace an unpleasant pattern with a new, inspiring one. This journal engages you with a new, pointed question every day, for 30 days, in each of the above categories (So, 90 days total).

The information that this journal will elicit, as well as the questions that are asked, can be referred back to for years to come--whenever you need a reminder or action steps for getting out of life ruts you may find yourself in.

This journal is handmade and assembled by me with love in a pet-free and smoke-free home. I have hand stitched the covers using cotton fabric and cotton thread. It also includes an attached book mark, with beads and an Eye of Horus (describe it here) which will be a helpful reminder every time you see it. I tied little bits of assorted fabric at the threaded binding to give it a unique and hippie type look. The edges have an ink shading to brighten the pages. The journal comes with a hand-crocheted cotton chain that you can use to secure the journal when you are taking it with you. At approximately 6 ¾ inches long and 5 ½ inches wide, it’s small enough to fit inside your purse!
